Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон. Термін дії талонів на пальне становить не менше 6 календарних місяців від дати фактичної передачі талонів на пальне за Актом приймання-передачі талонів на пальне з подальшим безоплатним обміном невикористаних за цей строк … талонів на нові талони, або їх продовження на строк не менше ніж 6 (шість) календарних місяців. Талони повинні бути номіналом 5, 10 та 20 літрів, та бути дійсними по всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованої території України). Постачальник зобов’язується фактично видати Покупцю Товар протягом терміну (строку) дії талонів на пальне. Вид розрахунків — безготівковий, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за Товар (партію Товару) Покупець здійснює протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку або припинення бюджетного фінансування, а також несвоєчасну оплату зі сторони Державної казначейської служби України. Мінімум три АЗС в м. Житомирі. Постачальник гарантує, що товар який буде поставлений не походить з російської федерації і Республіки Білорусь та/або ввезений на митну територію з російської федерації і Республіки Білорусь, Ісламської Республіки Іран.
