Згідно п.п. 1 п. 65 Постанови Замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі. У зв’язу з тим, що Замовник є лікувальним закладом та зобов’язаний використовувати тільки дезінфікуюче рідке мило, потреба в закупівлі звичайного рідкого мила відсутня. Тому, закупівлю ДК 021:2015 - 33710000-0 - Парфуми, засоби гігієни та презервативи (Мило рідке, туалетне, ПЕТ-пляшка, пуш-пул, від 1 л (код НК 024:2023 41550 — Дезінфікуючі засоби для рук)) необхідно відмінити у зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі.
