Надати гарантійний лист від учасника в довільній формі, що лікарські засоби, визначені до закупівлі, зареєстровані на території України. Залишковий термін придатності лікарських засобів на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 75% загального терміну … його зберігання, встановленого в інструкції по використанню, але не менше 12 місяців (надати гарантійний лист від учасника в довільній формі).Штуки - мається на увазі упаковки або флакони відповідно до типу пакування; Умови оплати: оплата після поставки товару (післяоплата). Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються з відтермінуванням платежу до 30 календарних днів після отримання Товару та підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної/акту приймання-передачі.
