1.Поставка товару здійснюється дрібними партіями з понеділка по п’ятницю з 9:00 до 17:00 у період дії договору згідно заявок Замовника. Строк виконання однієї заявки 1 календарний день. Заявки можуть надаватись щоденно. Поставка, що здійснюється після … 17:00 – вважається недобросовісним виконанням заявок Замовника та Договору. 2.Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Замовника: Київська обл., Бучанський р-н., м. Буча, вул. Яблунська, 1л. Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника за власні кошти та власними силами. 3. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Постачальника. Замовник здійснює розрахунки за фактом отримання товару з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів за умови наявності (надходження) коштів на розрахунковий рахунок. 4. Строк поставки: по 31.12.2024р.
