Строк поставки товару: до 31 грудня 2024 року. Датою поставки вважається дата, зазначена представником Замовника на відповідних товаросупровідних документах, наданих Постачальником, про приймання Товару (накладних про поставку товару). Товар поставляється … Постачальником частинами (партіями) на підставі замовлень (заявок) Замовника протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів після отримання письмової заявки. Місце поставки: КНП «Вишгородська ЦРЛ» ВМР, за адресою: місто Вишгород, вулиця Кургузова, 1. Постачальник несе всі витрати по втраті або ушкодженню Товару, до моменту переходу права власності до Замовника. Право власності на Товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника після підписання Замовником накладної про отримання Товару. Приймання-передача товару по кількості проводиться відповідно до супровідних документів на товар, по якості – відповідно до документів, що засвідчують його якість згідно з розділом 5 Договору. Приймання-передача товару оформлюється Актом приймання -передачі та видатковою накладною Постачальника, що підписуються матеріально-відповідальними особами Постачальника та Замовника. В накладній відповідно до специфікації вказується назва товару, кількість, ціна за одиницю, загальна вартість поставки, номер і дата Договору. У разі виявлення: - недостачі товару складається акт за підписами уповноважених осіб, які здійснювали приймання-передачу товару; - товару, якість якого не відповідає вимогам цього Договору або документам, що засвідчують якість, Замовником складається акт про виявлені дефекти, який є підставою для повернення усієї партії товару Постачальнику.
