Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються в безготівковому порядку, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після отримання Товару на підставі видаткових накладних протягом 10 … (десяти) банківських днів. Строк поставки Товару: Постачальник повинен здійснити поставку Товару за узгодженням із Покупцем однією, двома або трьома партіями в залежності від кінцевого (залишкового) терміну придатності (зберігання та/або використання) Товару включно до 20 травня 2024 року. СТОРОНИ домовились, що якщо термін/строк поставки визначається "включно до 20 травня 2024 року", то останнім днем для здійснення поставки буде 20 травня 2024 року. За узгодженням із Покупцем можлива дострокова поставка Товару. Підстави та порядок змін умов Договору зазначені в проєкті Договору.
