- Поставка Товару здійснюється шляхом відпуску Товару за відпускними обліковими картками-талонами (далі-талони) номіналом 10 л. - Термін дії талонів не менше 12 (дванадцять) місяців з дати видачі Замовнику, з можливістю продовження терміну їх дії або … обміну. - У разі зміни форми талонів на новий зразок чи інше, Учасник безкоштовно здійснює повну заміну нереалізованих (невикористаних) талонів Замовника. - Вартість бензину незмінна до повного використання талонів. - Відпуск бензину здійснюється цілодобово на АЗС Учасника в усіх областях України. - АЗС мають бути в кожному обласному центрі України (за виключенням окупованих та анексованих територій). Крім того, Учасник повинен забезпечити заправку автомобілів Замовника на АЗС, які знаходяться в межах м. Києва на відстані не більше 10 кілометрів, автомобільними дорогами загального користування, від місцезнаходження Державного центру зайнятості (вул. Еспланадна, 8/10, м. Київ). - Мережа АЗС може складатись з власних та партнерських станцій.
