Учасник може запропонувати товар кращий за своїми технічними характеристиками, окрім Товару, країною походження якою є російська федерація, республіка білорусь, ісламської республіки іран. Доставка за рахунок Постачальника до місця призначення Замовника, а саме Хмельницька область, Хмельницький район, с. Мар’янівка вул. Центральна,2з. Оплата здійснюється протягом 10 робочих днів з дати отримання товару та підписання видаткової накладної. .
