Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити товар Замовнику протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки, яка надсилається факсом, електронною поштою або за телефоном за адресою Замовника (м. Миколаїв вул. 10 Слобідська, 2 а) в робочі години … (8:00-16:00). Всі необхідні документи, що підтверджують якість та відповідність Товару Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Замовнику в момент передачі партії Товару. Право власності на Товар та ризик його випадкового пошкодження або втрати переходить до Замовника з моменту одержання Товару за видатковою накладною. Постачальник гарантує, що Товар високої якості, відповідає вимогам діючої нормативної документації. Замовник має право відмовитись від прийняття Товару у разі невідповідності його якості, комплектації. Товар повинен бути упакований Постачальником, таким чином, щоб виключити псування або знищення його, на період від передачі до прийняття Товару Замовником. Доставка Товару Замовнику здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Кількість товару – 500 л. (5000 флаконів фасування по 100 мл)
