Медичні матеріали (48126-Рулон марлевий нестерильний; 58232-Рулон ватний нестерильний)

Умови доставки та оплати: Умови оплати -розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюється по безготівковому перерахунку протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту фактичного отримання Замовником Товару та належно оформлених товаро-супровідних документів … (накладної, рахунка-фактури, тощо) на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. У разі затримки (відсутності) бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 14 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Умови доставки -строк (термін) поставки товарів не більше 10 календарних днів з моменту замовлення товару. Товар поставляється на підставі заявки Замовника. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів – за адресою Замовника (89600, м. Мукачево, Закарпатська область, вул. Ярослава Мудрого, буд. 81)
