Товар, що постачається, повинен бути належним чином зареєстрований в Україні. При поставці кожної партії товару Постачальник повинен надати Покупцю засвідчені копії реєстраційних посвідчень та сертифікатів чи інших документів щодо його якості, інструкції … українською мовою та супроводжуватися документами щодо кількості, дозування, номерів серій, термінів придатності, найменування, виробника. Термін придатності товару повинен бути не менше ніж до 31.12.2025 р. для кожного окремого препарату на період завезення їх на склад Покупця Місце поставки товарів: склад Замовника за адресою: Запорізька область, м. Запоріжжя, вул. Оріхівське шосе, буд. 10-а , Замовник має право зменшувати обсяг закупівлі Товарів та загальну вартість цього Договору залежно від реального фінансування видатків Строк поставки товару до 30 червня 2024 року
