Умови оплати: оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється за накладними Постачальника протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів від дати поставки партії Товару. Термін дії талонів має становити не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх передачі Замовнику. Місце заправки … Товару: на стаціонарних АЗС Постачальника. Постачальник гарантує наявність належним чином працюючих АЗС у м. Черкаси, які знаходяться на відстані, що не перевищує 10 км від місця розташування Замовника, а саме: вул. Грузиненка,1, м. Черкаси, Черкаська область, 18009. Обов’язковою умовою є розташування АЗС по маршрутах в напрямку м. Черкаси - м. Золотоноша (Черкаська обл.) - м. Переяслав (Київська обл.) - м. Бориспіль (Київська обл.) – м. Київ; м. Черкаси (Черкаська обл.) – м. Умань (Черкаська обл.). АЗС повинні бути розташовані на відстані не більше 100 метрів від траси. Номінал талонів (скретч-карт) має становити – 10 та/або 20 літрів. Строк поставки товарів протягом 4 (чотирьох) робочих днів з дати укладання договору, але не пізніше 06.05.2024. Кінцевий строк подання ціни пропозицій: 25.04.2024 року до 06:00.
