Паливо повинно відповідати діючим державним стандартам, технічним умовам та чинному законодавству України щодо показників якості такого виду товару, що підтверджується паспортом якості заводу-виробника та/або сертифікатом відповідності. Товар повинен … постачатися учасником-переможцем на підставі паливних талонів. Право на отримання палива повинне виникати на підставі талонів. Талон на паливо має бути виготовлений на паперовому носії/глянцевому паперовому носії, заламінованого плівкою/ пластиковому носії. Повинен містити вказівку на вид (марку) Товару та номінал і строк дії талона. На талон має бути нанесено штрих - код, голографічне зображення та інші ступені захисту. Термін дії талонів на пальне повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником. Відпуск нафтопродуктів Замовнику повинен здійснюватися цілодобово по талонах, що є документом обов’язкової звітності і підставою для відвантаження нафтопродуктів з АЗС «Постачальника». Відстань до хоча-б однієї з АЗС, через яку буде здійснюватися відпуск пального в межах м. Луцьк та Волинської обл. повинна становити не більше ніж 3 км. до пункуту надання медичної допомоги дітям вдома, який є точкою базування автомобілів підприємства на вул. Чорновола, буд. 1.
