Постачання здійснюється за замовленнями Замовника, які подаються через уповноважених осіб Покупця. Датою поставки Товару є дата, коли товар був переданий у власність Замовника в місці поставки, що підтверджується відповідними накладними … (товаро-супровідними документами). Зобов’язання Постачальника щодо поставки Товару вважаються виконаними у повному обсязі з моменту передачі Товару у власність Замовника у місці поставки та підписання відповідних накладних (товаро-супровідних документів). Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюється по безготівковому перерахунку протягом 30 робочих днів з моменту отримання Замовником Товару та належно оформлених товаро-супровідних документів (накладної, рахунка-фактури, тощо). Кінцевий строк подання до 25.04.2024 року.
