Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на підставі ст.49 Бюджетного Кодексу України згідно рахунків та видаткових накладних на умовах відстрочки платежу на 10 календарних днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений … здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Джерело фінансування – кошти Місцевого бюджету. Поставка Товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника протягом узгодженого Сторонами строку в кількості та асортименті згідно із заявками. Термін поставки – до 10 грудня 2024 року. Постачання Товару здійснюється в робочий час з 8:00 по 16:00 крім вихідних в узгоджений час з представником Замовника. Місце поставки (передачі) Товару: 64250, Україна, Харківська область, Ізюмський район, смт. Донець, вул. Центральна, буд. 5.
