Шини 255/65R16 109H, всесезонні Поставка партіями протягом 3 робочих днів на підставі заявки Замовника, до 20.05.2024 року. Поставка та розвантаження Товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника та за рахунок Постачальника. Надати супровідні документи з … поставкою товару, що засвідчують його якість (сертифікат відповідності тощо). В разі зміни номенклатури товару не погодженої із замовником, замовник має право відмовитись від поставки та в односторонньому порядку розірвати договір. Усі розрахунки за Договором здійснюються у національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки між Покупцем та Постачальником здійснюються відповідно до видаткової накладної та рахунку-фактури, наданих Постачальником, шляхом оплати вартості Товару згідно Специфікації протягом 5 банківських днів після його отримання.
