В оголошенні про проведення запиту пропозицій постачальників – під час оприлюднення оголошення була допущена технічна помилка в проекті договору, були прописані додаткові кваліфікуючі вимого (які не можуть бути частиною договору) «гарантійні листи та їх аналоги», що є порушення постанови КМУ №1135 від 31.10.2023р. Замовником неможливо виправити дану помилку, внести зміни в частині проекту договору, оскільки зміни в ЗПП на цьому етапі не можливі.
