Постачальник зобов’язується поставити Покупцю Товар на протязі строку дії Договору – до 31 грудня 2024 року, в асортименті, кількості та за ціною, які зазначені у Специфікації (Додаток № 1), що додається до цього Договору і є його невід’ємною частиною, … за адресою: 61039, Україна, Харківська область, місто Харків, проспект Любові Малої, будинок 2А, а Покупець зобов’язується прийняти цей Товар та оплатити його згідно з умовами Договору та Специфікації (Додаток № 1). Поставка Товару за Договором здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) днів з дня отримання заявки (усної, за телефоном/електронною поштою) від Покупця.
