Бензин А 95 за талонами за кодом ДК021:2015-09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (ДК021:2015-09132000-3 Бензин)

Поставка Товару здійснюється з моменту підписання договору до 31.12.2024 р. Передача Товару здійснюється по факту пред`явлення Покупцем талонів, емітованих Постачальником (далі – талон). Талони є власністю Постачальника та передаються Покупцю у тимчасове … користування відповідно до умов Договору. У разі закінчення строку дії талонів на видачу бензину А 95, Покупець має можливість провести їх обмін на інші з новим строком дії. У разі здійснення переходу на талони нового зразку Постачальник здійснює рівноцінний обмін талонів старого зразку, що залишилися у Покупця та не були реалізовані, на талони нового зразку, в тому числі тих, що залишились у Покупця після закінчення строку їх дії. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом 100 % післяплати у кількості поставлених партій Товару на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 7 календарних днів з моменту фактичного отримання Товару за наявності реального фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється протягом 5 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
