Прошу звернути увагу на вимоги зазначені в проєкті договору. Відповідно до пункту 5.1. Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити поставку Товару Замовнику та його розвантаження не пізніше 07 год. 00 хв. (ранку) наступного дня з дня подачі заявок від Замовника Постачальнику. Замовник подає заявку Постачальнику до 13 год. 00 хв.. 5.2. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару Замовнику малими партіями, згідно з заявками від Замовника та у відповідності до підпункту 5.1. договору. 7.2. Товар повинен фасуватися малими партіями (до 1 кг в упаковці) згідно замовлень закладів освіти, на пакуванні повинна бути зазначена інформація про товар у відповідності до встановлених норм та правил.
