Вимоги ЗУ “Про публічні закупівлі” (п.2 ст.23) : 2. У разі якщо предмет закупівлі в подальшому буде використовуватися фізичними особами, технічні специфікації повинні складатися з урахуванням потреб осіб з інвалідністю або проектувальних вимог для … врахування потреб усіх категорій користувачів. Технічна частина даної закупівлі - визначення конкретної моделі підгузків, торгової марки - розроблена з урахуванням особистих потреб пацієнтів та рекомендацій лікарів-педіатрів, у відповідності до Індивідуальної програми реабілітації кожної дитини-інваліда, затвердженої Наказом МОЗ України №623 від 08.10.2007р. : Найменування товару: Bambik дитячі підгузки-трусики 4 (9-15 кг) 36 шт/уп - 612шт. Якщо постачальник пропонує товар з іншою кількістю штук в упаковці, то загальна кількість штук підгузків повинна бути не меншою та враховувати цілісність упаковки. Якщо постачальник пропонує еквівалент зазначеному товару, то замовник, після додаткового узгодження з батьками/опікунами дитини з інвалідністю, залишає за собою право укласти відповідний договір в разі надання згоди батьками/опікунами на запропонований еквівалент товару, або відмовитись - в разі відмови останніх.
