Найближча АЗС повинна знаходитись на відстані не більше 5 км від місця розташування Замовника (м. Кременчук, вул. Лікаря Бончука, буд.9). Закупівля проводиться однією партією. Оплата Товару здійснюється Замовником згідно виставленого Постачальником … рахунку шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом одного робочого дня після підписання обома Сторонами видаткової накладної та/або акту приймання-передачі талонів. Умови договору не можуть відрізнятися від умов, визначених Замовником у проекті договору в запиті пропозицій постачальників.
