Дизельне паливо та бензин (ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 09130000-9 – нафта і дистиляти).

Умови доставки: Поставка Товару по обліковим картам – талонам Постачальника (надалі – Талони) здійснюється через автозаправні станції в Дарницькому районі м. Києва в кількості не менше 5 (п’яти) АЗС/АЗК, які здійснюють відпуск Товару по Талонам … Постачальника (надалі – АЗС). Товар відпускається Покупцю по Талонам номіналом 10 та 20 літрів, строк дії яких складає не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з дати їх передачі Покупцю. Поставка Товару наливом здійснюється шляхом доставки Товару окремими партіями за місцем знаходження Покупця. Строк поставки партії Товару не може бути меншим ніж 1 (один) робочий день та не більше 5 (п`ять) робочих днів від дня, наступного за днем отримання Постачальником відповідного замовлення Покупця Умови оплати: Поставлений Товар оплачується Покупцем протягом 90 (дев’яноста) днів з дати поставки Товару, яка визначається датою підписання Покупцем видаткової накладної на Товар при умові отримання від Постачальника документів, які засвідчують якість Товару. Забезпечення виконання договору: Виконання Договору забезпечується заставою грошових коштів. Забезпечувальний грошовий платіж у розмірі 2 (два) % від загальної суми закупівлі Товару по Договору (Загальна сума Договору) вноситься Постачальником на поточний рахунок Замовника у строк, що не перевищує п’ять календарних днів з дня визначення електронною системою закупівель Постачальника переможцем відбору.
