Умови оплати: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 45 (сорок п’ятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної, … оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. У разі, якщо ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК не є платником ПДВ оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 45 (сорок п’ятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Умови поставки: DDP (відповідно до «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року).
