Продавець зобов’язується передати Покупцю у власність товар Медичні матеріали (ємкість для сечі, скарифікатор) Код ДК 021-2015 (CPV): 33140000-3 – Медичні матеріали, (Ємкість для забору сечі стерильна 60 мл., не стійка до автоклавування, Код НК 024:2019 – … 12542 – Контейнер для зберігання середньої порції сечі іvd – 1000 штук; Скарифікатор стерильний ТМ «Волес», Код НК 024:2019 – 13472 – Скарифікатор – 1200 штук.) асортимент, найменування, технічні характеристики, кількість та ціна якого визначається згідно специфікації, яка є Додатком № 1 до проекту Договору, а також визначені умовами закупівлі (далі - Товар), а Покупець зобов’язується прийняти Товар і оплатити його в порядку та на умовах проекту Договору. Оплата за доставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (товарно-транспортної накладної, видаткової накладної, рахунку), наданих Покупцем при оформленні доставки. Форма розрахунків: безготівкова. Доставка здійснюється Продавцем за адресою Покупця: Рівненська область, Рівненський район, місто Костопіль, вулиця Данила Галицького, 10 за замовленням Покупця згідно потреби, при необхідності партіями, у строк до 30.05.2024 року.
