Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок на умовах DDP-склад Замовника згідно Інкотермс-2020 р. відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії даного Договору, але в жодному разі не … пізніше 10 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії Товару. Замовник здійснює оплату Товару протягом 90-та робочих днів за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, у вигляді 100% післяплати з моменту отримання від Постачальника рахунку на оплату та підписаного Сторонами акту приймання-передачі Товару або видаткової накладної.
