Нафта і дистиляти

Дизельне паливо повинно відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів … України від 01.08.2013 № 927). Бензин А-95 повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927). Продаж нафтопродуктів повинен здійснюватись через стаціонарну мережу автозаправних станцій, що призначені для заправки транспортних засобів пальним, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 р. № 1442 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Фактичний відпуск дизельного палива та бензину (заправка автотранспорту Замовника) повинен здійснюватися цілодобово по талонах безпосередньо на власних або партнерських, або орендованих тощо автозаправних станціях учасника, які розташовано в м. Буча Київської області (не менше 1(однієї) АЗС обов’язково), в м. Київ (не менше 3 (трьох) АЗС) та по іншим містам України ( в кожному обласному центрі обов’язково) крім Донецької, Луганської областей та АР Крим. Поставка (передача) товару у власність Замовника здійснюється шляхом передачі талонів номіналом 10 л, та 20 л. відповідно до потреб Замовника за письмовим/електронним замовленням/заявкою. Талони мають прийматися на всіх АЗС, що зазначені в договорі. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником.
