Розрахунки за Договором здійснюються по факту поставки в безготівковому порядку шляхом перерахування грошових коштів за Товар на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткових накладних. Оплата за Товар здійснюється в строк 10 (десяти) днів з дати … підписання видаткової накладної. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар повинен бути здійснений протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Постачальник зобов'язаний здійснити поставку товару в строк 5 (п’ять) днів з моменту надання заявки Покупцем (з моменту відправки відповідної заявки Покупцем на електронну пошту Постачальника). Постачальник зобов'язаний здійснити доставку товару за власний рахунок. Завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи проводяться силами та за рахунок Постачальника в складське приміщення Покупця.
