Поставка товару відповідно до заявок Замовника спеціальним транспортом постачальника на продовольчий склад Замовника. Розвантаження товару на продовольчий склад Замовника здійснюється представниками Учасника. Документи, що підтверджують якість товару. … Товар повинен відповідати чинним стандартам якості, технічним нормам згідно з українським законодавством, що підтверджується Декларацією виробника, яка має бути видана на ім’я замовника. Кожна партія товару має супроводжуватися товаросупровідними документами (товарно-транспортної та видаткової накладних, рахунками) та документами, які засвідчують якість та безпеку товару, що є предметом закупівлі (сертифікат відповідності/експертний висновок/санітарно-гігієнічний висновок тощо). Термін зберігання: 4 роки від дня виготовлення.Дата виготовлення має бути 2023/2024 року. Розрахунки за поставлений товар проводяться на підставі накладної (видаткової накладної) (за фактом поставки товару). Покупець здійснює оплату за поставлений товар в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів на підставі накладної (видаткової накладної).
