Щебенево-піщана суміш, фракції 0-40мм, 1кг з доставкою в населені пункти Любашівської селищної ради ( 14210000-6 - Гравій, пісок, щебінь і наповнювачі)

Доставка за адресою: 66500, Україна, Одеська область, смт Любашівка, Троїцький старостинський округ) Поставка здійснюється транспортом Постачальника на адресу в межах Любашівської територіальної громади. Доставка Товару, розвантажувальні роботи, … навантаження товару здійснюється за рахунок та силами Постачальника. Строк поставки: до 31.05.2024 року. Місце поставки товару: на об’єкти виконання робіт Замовником. Умови поставки товару: окремими партіями в робочі дні за заявкою Замовника. Якість товару, що поставляється, підтверджується діючими сертифікатами відповідності (якості), паспортами якості, технічними паспортами або іншими документами у відповідності до чинного законодавства України, які надаються замовнику у складі тендерної пропозиції та при постачанні товару, завірені підписом та печаткою Учасника торгів. Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 10 робочих днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі видаткової накладної. Замовник має право вимагати від Постачальника здійснити контрольне зважування Товару і у разі розбіжностей з наданою накладною, відмовитися від приймання Товару.
