Обов'язкова наявність мережі АЗС в м. Хмельницький та по всій території України, крім тимчасово окупованих територій. Найближча АЗС повинна знаходитись не далі ніж 10 км від місця розташування Замовника – Хмельницька обл., Хмельницький район, с. Лісові … Гринівці. Строк дії талонів – не менше 3 місяців з дня підписання видаткової накладної. Надаємо власний проект договору, який буде підписано з переможцем запиту цінової пропозиції. Умови договору про закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від умов, визначених у замовленні/запиті ціни пропозицій в електронному каталозі. До істотних умов проекту договору внесення змін Замовником не розглядається.
