Порядок здійснення закупівель в електронному каталозі Prozorro Market встановлений Постановою №822 від 14.09.2020 року Згідно пп. 3 п. 66 Постанови умови договору не можуть відрізнятися від умов, визначених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників, … зокрема у проекті договору, крім випадку зменшення ціни договору без зміни обсягу. Враховуючи те, що при закупівлі товару в електронному каталозі за запитом пропозиції постачальників кількість товару зазначається у штуках при узгоджені проекту договору( специфікації до договору) та поставці товару (у рахунках , видаткових накладних ) закупівлю товару Тест-смужки GluNEO Lite по 50 шт. - 60 штуки прирівняти до 60 пачок та зазначити наступне : Тест-смужки GluNEO Lite по 50 шт. - 60 пачок . Поставка товару разова до 31.05.2024 року, за рахунок постачальника на адресу: вул. Незалежності,будинок №2,смт Теплик , Гайсинський район, Вінницька область,23800. Післяоплата 10 робочих днів від дня отримання Товару Замовником.
