З метою економії бюджетних коштів та робочого часу, враховуючи специфіку діяльності Замовника, не менше ніж одна АЗС (найближча) має знаходитись (мати місце розташування) на відстані не більше ніж 15 км від місцезнаходження Замовника або на території … міста Жмеринка. Термін дії паперових чи пластикових талонів повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з дати їх видачі Замовнику. Розрахунки провадяться шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що зазначений у договорі. Право власності на товар переходить від Постачальника до Покупця з дати підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на товар. Право власності на товар переходить до замовника в момент підписання сторонами видаткової накладної або акту приймання-передачі товару. Оплата за товар Замовником відбувається згідно накладної після отримання активованих талонів. Оплата за договором здійснюється на підставі виставленого рахунку Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати поставки товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної шляхом перерахування на поточний рахунок Постачальника 100% вартості товару, що переданий згідно видаткової накладної. Датою поставки Товарів по талонам є дата підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної. Датою поставки Товару по талону вважається дата відпуску Товару, яка підтверджується чеком РРО та щоденним Актом руху на паливному рахунку.
