Квадрокоптери, код ДК 021:2015- 34710000-7 — Вертольоти, літаки, космічні та інші літальні апарати з двигуном

Постачальник зобов'язується поставити Товар в повному обсязі, але не пізніше 29.04.2024 року. Товар має бути новим, таким, що раніше не використовували. До ціни Товару входять усі витрати Постачальника пов’язані з поставкою Товару, у тому числі на … транспортування, збирання, пакування, страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, монтування, встановлення, вартість тари, маркування, сплату податків, та інших обов’язкових платежів і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені в зв’язку з виконанням цього Договору, також витрати, які несуть треті особи в зв’язку зі здійсненням поставки Товару. Не враховані Постачальником окремі витрати не сплачуються Покупцем окремо та вважаються врахованими у ціни цього Договору. Оплата належним чином поставленого та прийнятого Товару здійснюється Покупцем протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з наступного дня після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника у порядку, передбаченому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 року № 590
