Description:

Оплата робіт за Договором здійснюється Замовником, на підставі довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат за формою № КБ-3 та акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в не пізніше 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня підписання цих документів уповноваженими представниками Сторін, при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку. Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника. Підрядник погоджується на можливе відтермінування платежу на період дії воєнного стану в Україні, а також протягом шести місяців після його припинення або скасування, поетапно в залежності від реального фінансування.
