Постачання Товару за Договором здійснюється відповідно до заявок Замовника. Заявка Замовника має містити інформацію щодо кількості та асортименту Товару. Доставка Товару проводиться за рахунок Постачальника окремими партіями на підставі замовлень … замовника не пізніше 10 календарних днів з моменту отримання такого замовлення, але в будь-якому випадку до 31.12.2024 року за допомогою засобів телекомунікаційного зв'язку указаних в Договорі. Умови оплати Договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків): Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. Замовник сплачує Постачальнику за Товар протягом 10-ти (десяти) робочих днів з дати постачання Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. Розвантаження в приміщення лікарні (I- IIІ поверх) організовується силами Постачальника, а саме: представниками Постачальника, які супроводжують Товар в дорозі, або представниками організації, яка доставляє вантаж.Строк придатності Товару на момент факту приймання Товару на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше як 80% від загального терміну придатності. Можливе постачання Товару з іншим терміном придатності за погодженням Замовника. Товар, що постачається, повинен мати необхідні копії декларацій про відповідність, копії сертифікатів якості виробника на Товар або інші подібні документи, що підтверджують відповідність Товару вимогам, встановленим до нього чинним законодавством України (надати відповідні документи при поставці кожної партії Товару).
