Тільки без ПДВ: З метою виконання мобілізаційних завдань в умовах воєнного стану, введеного Указом Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 р. № 64 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", та відповідно до підпункту "г" підпункту 195.1.2 пункту 195.1 статті … 195 Податкового кодексу України постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.03.2022 (застосовується з 22.02.2022) «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» встановлено, що до припинення чи скасування воєнного стану операції з постачання товарів для заправки (дозаправки) або забезпечення транспорту Збройних Сил, у тому числі військових частин, підрозділів, установ або організацій, що утримуються за рахунок коштів державного бюджету, для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою. Згідно з внутрішньовідомчими нормативами щодо встановлення та визначення норм напрацювання (строків служби) до ремонту автомобільної техніки та автомобільного майна – норми напрацювання шин знижуються на 5% за кожен рік після п’ятирічного строку від часу їх виготовлення. Тому дата виготовлення Товару має бути після 2021 року, інакше норми напрацювання буде встановлено не як для нового Товару. На склад в м. Чернігові Шини для вантажних автомобілів та автобусів
