Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу товару Замовнику разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти товар на умовах цього Договору, протягом до 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. Заявка подається в … електронному вигляді або в телефонному режимі. Поставка продукції здійснюється за рахунок та транспортом Постачальника. Місце поставки (передачі) продукції: м. Київ, вул. Ягідна, 58, склад відділення речового забезпечення. Оплата продукції здійснюється лише після її фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних (у трьох примірниках), завірені печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити продукцію протягом 15 банківських днів.
