Умови постачання природного газу замовнику повинні відповідати наступним нормативно-правовим актам: • Закон України «Про ринок природного газу» ; • Правила постачання природного газу, затверджені постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне … регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 30.09.2015 №2496. 2. Вимоги щодо якості товару: Фізико-хімічні показники газу природного, котрий постачається Замовнику, повинні відповідати міждержавному ГОСТ 5542-87, положенням Кодексу газотранспортної системи, Кодексу газорозподільних систем. Умови оплати: Оплата вартості поставленого газу здійснюється Споживачем не пізніше 20 числа місяця наступного за розрахунковим, на підставі рахунку-фактури та актів приймання-передачі природного газу, які надаються Постачальником Місце поставки: 54000, Україна, Миколаївська область, м. Миколаїв, вул. Заводська, буд. 27; вул. 5-а Слобідська буд.110, корп. А; вул. Заводська, буд. 29 корп. Б.
