Умови оплати товару: Згідно розділу 4 Проекту договору : 4. Порядок здійснення оплати 4.1. Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі … наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної. 4.2. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі. 4.3. Замовник не здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар, та така несплата не є порушенням строку оплати зі сторони Замовника у випадку ненадання Постачальником оригіналу видаткової накладної на оплату чи його неналежного оформлення. 4.4. Усі платіжні документи за даним Договором оформлюються з дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України, що зазвичай ставляться до змісту і форми таких документів. Звернути увагу! В зв’язку з тим, що в технічній специфікації системи Prozorro Market автоматично зазначено одиниці виміру товару, та не передбачено право вибору іншої одиниці виміру товару, вважати по позиціях «Рукавички хірургічні стерильні, латексні, без пудри, розмір 9.0», «Рукавички хірургічні стерильні, латексні, без пудри, розмір 8.0», одиниці виміру упаковки, тобто 100 шт. = 100 упаковок по 2 шт. в упаковці = 200 пар.
