До розгляду беруться тільки пропозиції даної моделі. Будь-який аналог, удосконалена модель і т.д не розглядаються. Поставка Товару за договором здійснюється у повному обсязі згідно з видатковою накладною з моменту підписання договору за рахунок Продавця. … Продавець може достроково поставити товар та передати його Покупцеві за адресою: м. Красилів, площа Незалежності, 2, до 30.04.2024 року До ціни Договору входять усі витрати Постачальника пов’язані з поставкою Товару, у тому числі на транспортування, збирання, пакування, страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, монтування, встановлення, вартість тари, маркування, сплату податків, та інших обов’язкових платежів і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені в зв’язку з виконанням Договору, також витрати, які несуть треті особи в зв’язку зі здійсненням поставки Товару. Не враховані Постачальником окремі витрати не сплачуються Покупцем окремо та вважаються врахованими у ціни товару. Розрахунки за товар, що поставляються, Покупцем проводяться шляхом оплати за фактично поставлену кількість товару по безготівковому розрахунку на основі платіжних доручень Покупця у порядку передбаченому Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 року № 590, з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів з дати документального підтвердження продавцем покупцю доставки товару згідно видаткової накладної, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, за умови надходження бюджетного фінансування відповідних видатків на рахунок Покупця у 2024 році
