Див. п. 5.4 та п. 5.5 договору: Чинність терміну дії довірчих документів (талонів) повинен бути не меншим, як 12 (дванадцять) місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником, у разі не використання талонів Замовником, Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін … їх дії. Відстань проїзду від Замовника (м.Київ, Бульварно-Кудрявська 27) до АЗС Постачальника не повинна перевищувати 5 км., а також наявність АЗС в кожному районі м. Києва.
