Розрахунки за товар здійснюються на умовах відстрочки платежу протягом 20 календарних днів з дня поставки (передачі) товару: - у разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10-ти календарних днів з дати … отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. - у разі зменшення або відсутності бюджетного фінансування Покупець не несе матеріальної відповідальності за несвоєчасне виконання умов Договору Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 2024 року згідно заявок Замовника у строк, що не перевищує 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки Постачальником, за адресами Покупця. Поставка здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника. Розвантаження має здійснюватись працівниками Постачальника. Перехід права власності на товар від Постачальника до Покупця відбувається в момент підписання видаткової накладної та рахунку на поставку Товару.
