На всю кількість (об’єм) палива учасник повинен видати замовнику за адресою місцезнаходження замовника (м. Бровари, вул. Грушевськаго, 3-А) довірчі документи (талони) по 10 літрів, 20 літрів. Термін дії довірчих документів повинен становити не менше 12 … місяців. Учасник повинен забезпечити технічну можливість під’їзду на запропонованих АЗС вантажних транспортних засобів. Обов'язкова вимога: наявність автозаправних станцій на відстані не більше 2 км від адреси Замовника — м. Бровари, вул. Грушевського, 3-А та наявність автозаправних станцій в м. Бровари та в Київській області Оплата за Договором буде здійснюватися за рахунок коштів Замовника. Оплата за поставлений Товар проводиться Замовником по факту поставки на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 60 днів з дня фактичного отримання Замовником Товару, за умови наявності коштів на рахунках Замовника.
