Постачальник забезпечує зберігання палива та організовує його поставку (транспортування) за адресою Покупця, згідно наданих заявок. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником окремими партіями, на умовах DDP згідно з INCOTERMS - 2010 шляхом зливу в … ємності Покупця, за Заявками (окремими дрібнооптовими партіями на підставі заявок Покупця, не пізніше 2 (двох) календарних днів з дати отримання Заявки або протягом строку, визначеного у самій Заявц)і; максимальний можливий об’єм разового постачання партії палива - 3 000 л. Оплата кожної поставленої партії Товару здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної.
