Антисептик для рук на основі етилового спирту, 1000 мл, рідина, дозатор (антисептик для рук та шкіри «ARM DEZ PLUS»)

Порядок здійснення поставки: поставка Товару здійснюється в повному обсязі до 30.06.2024 року включно, (у термін до 2 (днів) днів з моменту отримання усної або письмової заявки від Замовника). У разі нагальної потреби, постачання замовленої продукції … здійснюється протягом 1 дня від часу надходження заявки Учаснику засобами міського телефонного (факсимільного) зв’язку. Місце поставки: Підпорядковані управлінню освіти заклади по м. Конотоп, с. Підлипне Конотопського р-ну, Сумської області (окремо в кожен заклад).Якість товарувідповідає умовам діючих стандартів - ТУ У 20.2-41081573-001:2018 та відповідно до умов договору. Кожна партія товару повинна мати необхідні сертифікати, паспорти якості, висновки санітарно-гігієнічної експертизи (копії документів повинні надаватися при передачі товару), кожна упаковка повинна мати інструкцію з використання. Склад засобу: Етиловий спирт — 75+-0.2; Четвертинно амонієві солі не менше — 0.1 (діючі речовини); допоміжні речовини, гліцерин: вода до 100.0. Знезаражуюча дія: Антимікробна активність проти грампозитивних та грамнегативних бактерій (у т.ч. збудників внутрішньолікарняних інфекцій, мікобактерій туберкульозу, кишкової палички(Escherichia coli), синьогнійної палички (Ps. Aeruginosa), золотистий стафілокок. Призначення: Антисептик для рук та поверхонь. Основна речовина: Етиловий спирт,Вміст спирту: 75,Об'єм: 1000,Форма випуску: Рідина,Форма упаковки: Дозатор.Дата виробництва товару 2024 рік
