Умови поставки товару: DDP відповідно правил тлумачення торгівельних термінів «ІНКОТЕРМС 2020». Місце поставки: м. Козятин або інший підрозділ ПОКУПЦЯ, вказаний в заявці на поставку ТОВАРУ. Рік випуску товару: не раніше 2023 р. Поставка товару: … протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів від дня отримання ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ. Умови оплати Для платників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 45 (сорок п’ятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Для неплатників ПДВ резидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 45 (сорок п’ятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Для нерезидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 45 (сорок п’ятий) календарний день з дати поставки партії ТОВАРУ, відповідно до рахунку-фактури (інвойса) на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ.
