Строк поставки: строк поставки талонів - протягом 5 робочих днів з дати подання заявки Замовником, до 31.12.2024 року. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Місце поставки: Місце поставки талонів – 65016, м. Одеса, провулок Ванний, 5-А. … Місце поставки бензину А-95 – передача бензину А-95 відбувається за талонами або скретч-картками на АЗС Постачальника. Відстань від АЗС до розташування Замовника - м. Одеса, пров.Ванний, 5-А, не повинна перевищувати 5 км. Відсутність передплати. Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично отриманий товар відповідно до вимог ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Розрахунок проводиться у гривнях шляхом перерахування 100% суми вартості фактично отриманого товару на рахунок Постачальника, згідно видаткової накладної (накладної), протягом 15 банківських днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної (накладної).

Згідно з пунктом 12 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 (далі — Особливості),  у разі  коли закупівля товару, вартість якого становить або перевищує 100 тис. гривень, з використанням електронного каталогу не відбулася, замовник здійснює закупівлю шляхом застосування відкритих торгів у порядку, визначеному цими особливостями, або шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників в електронному каталозі відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (Офіційний вісник України, 2020 р., № 75, ст. 2407), з урахуванням цих особливостей.
