Важливо!!! Закупівля майна здійснюється за кошти загального фонду державного бюджету за кодом економічної класифікації видатків бюджету 3110 «Придбання обладнання і предметів довгострокового користування», для якого законодавчо встановлено, що … мінімальна ціна за одиницю товару має становити не менше 20 000,00 грн без урахування податку на додану вартість (підпункт 14.1.138 пункт 14.1 статті 14 Податкового кодексу України, наказ Замовника про облікову політику та організацію бухгалтерського обліку в загоні). Постачання Товару має бути здійснено однією партією у строк до 30.04.2024 року включно на склад Покупця –м. Чернігів (конкретна адреса буде вказана при підписанні договора).Продавець забезпечує таке пакування товару, яке необхідне для запобігання його пошкодженню, псуванню під час транспортування до кінцевого пункту призначення, а також маркування (етикування) Товару згідно із вимогами ГОСТ, ДСТУ, ТУ щодо товару такого виду та / або документів виробника. У випадку, коли буде встановлено порушення якості Товару або нестача будь-якої його кількості/некомплектність одиниці товару, Покупець спільно з представником Продавця відображає це у видатковій накладній та складає окремий акт на підставі якого Покупець пред’являє претензію Продавцю. Крім цього, Покупець може пред’явити претензію Продавцю, щодо якості/комплектності отриманих товарів, - протягом 15 робочих днів після отримання таких товарів на склад від Продавця. В цих випадках, усунення недоліків здійснюється Продавцем власними силами та за власний рахунок в термін, що не перевищує 3 (три) робочі дні з дня отримання претензії. Розрахунки за товар проводяться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків з рахунку Покупця на рахунок Продавця після пред'явлення Продавцем рахунка на оплату товару та накладної. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюється на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін 30 банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
