Примітка: Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Особливостей визначених Постановою КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р.зі змінами (Електронний каталог) Медико-технічні завдання до предмету закупівлі: 1.Учасник при поставці повинен надати на товар декларацію про … відповідність Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів, який затверджений Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 753 від 2 жовтня 2013 р. 2.Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 80% від передбаченого. 3.Товар поставляється з декларацією відповідності та сертифікатом якості, завіреними постачальником. 4. Товар поставляється одноразово до 15 травня 2024 року. 5.Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою. Маркування повинно відповідати технічному регламенту. 6.Умови оплати – відповідно до умов договору
